Description: This property does not have an approved septic field, after doing research and talking to the county departments the only way to get septic or public sewer is to appeal to DEP for an attachment to a low pressure sewer line about 1,000 ft from the property and would have to be approved by WSSC to connect. There are studies for this area but no advanced plans have been made to run sewer to this community as of this date.
